1. Assumption of Risk. Client acknowledges that ground transportation involves inherent risks and voluntarily assumes such risks.
2. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Client releases Impact Luxury Transportation LLC and its representatives from claims arising from services rendered, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Conduct & Vehicle Care. Smoking, illegal substances, weapons, and unsafe behavior are prohibited. Client is responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
4. Alcohol. Permitted only for passengers 21+ and only when pre-authorized.
5. Cancellation. >24 hr: full refund. <24 hr: 50% forfeit. No-show: 100%.
6. Governing Law. Ohio law applies; venue Franklin County, Ohio.
